- Do I have to download the app prior to the appointment?
- Yes, downloading the app helps ensure that our office will be able to effectively communicate with our patients during the consultation
- How do I prepare for a telemedicine visit?
- A day before your telemedicine appointment, you will be contacted by our clinic to make sure your device is ready for your visit. You will receive a text message containing a link to download the Zoom application on your device as well as a link to the video conference.
- How do I know when I am ready to begin my appointment?
- During the 2 hour window in which your telemedicine appointment is scheduled, our office will call 15 minutes before your consultation to join the video conference.
- How can I reset my Apple ID?
- On your iPhone or iPad:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap [your name] > Password & Security > Change Password.
- If you are signed into iCloud and have a passcode enabled, you will be prompted to enter the passcode for your device.
- If you are signed into iCloud and have a passcode enabled, you will be prompted to enter the passcode for your device.
