  1. Do I have to download the app prior to the appointment?
    • Yes, downloading the app helps ensure that our office will be able to effectively communicate with our patients during the consultation
  2. How do I prepare for a telemedicine visit?
    • A day before your telemedicine appointment, you will be contacted by our clinic to make sure your device is ready for your visit. You will receive a text message containing a link to download the Zoom application on your device as well as a link to the video conference.
  3. How do I know when I am ready to begin my appointment?
    • During the 2 hour window in which your telemedicine appointment is scheduled, our office will call 15 minutes before your consultation to join the video conference.
  4. How can I reset my Apple ID?
    • On your iPhone or iPad:
      1. Go to Settings.
      2. Tap [your name] > Password & Security > Change Password.
      3. If you are signed into iCloud and have a passcode enabled, you will be prompted to enter the passcode for your device.
